Virgin Remy Hair Single Drawn is real human hair that has been shaved/cut directly from a human. The hair is only washed and disinfected, which means that it has its "skin" left (virgin hair). All hair lies with root and tip in the same direction. However, a purchased quantity may come from different people but the hair is sorted by color and thickness. This means that the hair does not tangle so easily. The hair is of very high quality and can be washed, dyed or permed. If the hair is well cared for, it can be reused for many years. Bleached hair is never really "virgin", the harder the bleached the more skin is lost. Brown hair from #6 and up is slightly bleached and dyed.
The length you buy means that the longest hair is this length but there is also hair that is shorter.
Remy Hair Double Drawn is the same as single drawn although all hair is the same length.
None Remy Hair is a significantly cheaper hair type. It is available in both single and double drawn. This hair is unsorted and may come from different people but is otherwise real hair. The hair has usually been treated with chemicals (dyed, acid and silicone) and lost its "skin". This type of hair looks good at first but degenerates quickly and tangles easily. Very gray hair from older people who have been dyed is common.
Artificial hair is often made from synthetic fibers and is very cheap. It has uniform length, thickness and color. The properties vary depending on the make. The hair-house currently sells only the "Remy Hair Single Drawn" type directly imported from Brazil or India. The naturally dark hair is also "virgin".
