Payment and prices

All prices are current and subject to change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

A nice feature of Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.

 Prepayment

You also have the option to pay with prepayment but must then contact us by phone or e-mail first. Thereafter, we deliver the item no later than 2 working days after we receive your payment, enter the order number as a reference-

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

• Delivery
  Fixed price 40 SEK (regardless of order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. If you shop for SEK 500 or more, we offer a standard delivery within Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point. Normally you will receive the item within 3 working days if it is a Swedish address.

Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under the respective delivery method. If not specified, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated at the respective item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays. Have you chosen express delivery. You will receive your goods the next working day, price SEK 150 (not abroad). If you order before 15:00, you will receive your goods the next weekday at about 9.00. Returns

Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not against cash on delivery. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

14 days money back guarantee

We follow the distance contract law and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or larger part of) it. The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has resulted in the item being returned being worth less, we have the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
